Families Moving Forward

Homelessness Prevention
This program provides congregationally-based family shelter to 4 – 5 families at a time. Scott County needs 13 churches to begin this program and we now have nine committed. Churches would provide shelter and meals, and the families would be transported to a day center to assist with employment and housing. The target date for Scott County to begin this program is May, 2014.
